Welcome to The Lockwood, a comfortable first-floor studio retreat in a renovated historic 1919 property in Houston's East End. You'll be close to EaDo and Downtown, with restaurants, coffee shops, stadiums and city attractions nearby. The Lockwood/Eastwood METRORail station is about a five-minute walk away and provides an easy connection into the heart of Houston.

Unit 2 includes a full-size sofa bed and a convenient kitchenette with a microwave, full-size refrigerator and two-burner cooktop, along with dependable Wi-Fi and remote-controlled air conditioning. One assigned parking space is provided inside the private gated area behind the building. Entry requires only three to four exterior steps.

For guests traveling together who would still like their own space, Unit 2 connects to Unit 1 through a private, lockable interior door. Each unit must be reserved separately, and connecting access is available only when both units are booked, subject to availability.

Lockwood Drive traffic can be heard inside, especially during the day. The street becomes quieter at night, and the rear parking and entrance area is private and much calmer. Exterior cameras at the vehicle gate, building corners, entrances, and stairs record audio and video. There are no cameras inside.
