Welcome to the Beach Life! This beautiful, premier property is located in the much-desired Indian Rocks Beach. From the moment you open the door, you are captured by the spectacular views of the Intracoastal shining through the wall of glass. This home has everything you need to feel pampered and rejuvenated: bright, comfortable rooms, a stunning gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, and a large island with enough room for a family feast. Multiple outdoor living spaces invite you to soak up the sun on the balcony, relax by the pool, or fish from the dock. This home is large enough for the whole family to escape the everyday pressures of life. With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, everyone has a place to relax. The beach is only a couple of blocks away and just across the street is Brown Park with a basketball court and children's playground. The best life can be found at "The Beach Life"

Kitchen: This custom chef kitchen features all stainless steel appliances including: a large Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, a wine cooler, 6-burner gas stove and oven, and dishwasher. In the center of the kitchen is a large island with a quartz countertop and a huge farmhouse sink. There are plenty of dishes, glasses, and even dinnerware for the kids, as well as pots, pans, cookie sheets, and utensils. In the butler's pantry, you will find a microwave, a Ninja air fryer, a drip coffee maker, and a blender. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.

Dining: The large farmhouse table seats 10 with a stunning view of the pool and intracoastal.

Living Room: The living room is the heart of the home, featuring a spacious and comfortable sectional sofa with a charging station for all your devices. A large 72-inch flat-screen smart TV is the ideal place for a family movie night. Nearby, two leather chairs invite you to sit and relax with a good book and a steaming cup of coffee.

Primary Bedroom: Located upstairs, the primary suite is a private oasis for two. The room is full of light emanating from a wall of windows that overlook the pool and the intracoastal. The king-size bed is comfortable and inviting. The room is furnished with a dresser, 2 nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. The massive walk-in closet has more than enough room for all your vacation wardrobe.

Sun Deck: The French doors in the primary suite lead to a private and peaceful sundeck, with a comfortable living area. It is the ideal space for your morning cup of coffee or a cool glass of sweet tea to finish off the day.

Primary Bathroom (en-suite): The luxurious primary bathroom has two separate sinks and vanities with ample storage space. A large, tiled walk-in shower, a towel warmer, and a toilet room complete the spa-like feel.

Bedroom 2: The second bedroom is on the main floor behind the living room. It features a king-size bed, 2 nightstands, a dresser, and a flat-screen TV

Bathroom 2: Located between bedroom 2 & 3, the second bathroom has a double sink, walk-in shower, and toilet.

Bedroom 3: The bunk room is the perfect hang out space for kids. Two full over full bunk beds sleep up to 4 kids in this room. A large double closet with organizers keeps all of the kids' clothes safely stored during your stay.

Bathroom 3: Nestled right under the stairs leading to the primary suite, the 3rd bathroom is a half bath with a sink and toilet.

Bedroom 4: The fourth bedroom overlooks the pool/patio. It contains a queen bed, a dedicated workspace, a nightstand, and a flat-screen TV

Laundry room: The laundry room is located off of the kitchen and has a large-capacity LG washer and dryer, a work sink, and a countertop to make folding clothes quick and easy.

Outdoor pool and patio: The oversized pool faces the intracoastal with a dock perfect for fishing. The surrounding patio has plenty of outdoor living space with loungers and outdoor seating, a grill, and an outdoor shower.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
6. Docking of a boat or any other watercraft is not permitted at this property.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
