4-Piece Bathroom: Refresh in the full bath complete with a tub/shower combination—perfect for a relaxing soak after a day on the trails or slopes.

Step out onto your expansive private patio equipped with comfy lounge seating, a barbecue grill, and beautiful partial mountain views. It’s the ultimate spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

In-Suite Laundry: Full-sized washer and dryer inside the suite for your convenience.



Building Amenities: Enjoy access to the shared indoor hot tub and fitness center.



Parking: Includes a secure, heated underground parking stall to keep your vehicle warm and safe. Parking garage maximum height 7'3"



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire unit except for one locked supply closet. Building amenities include an indoor hot tub, gym, and underground heated parking (one parking spot is included for your stay, and there is also plenty of free street parking). In addition to the in-suite washer and dryer, the building offers further laundry facilities that can be used for a small fee.



*We do not have control over amenity closures. We will advise guests accordingly when made aware.



Your entry code will provide access to all exterior and interior common area doors as well as to the unit.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in the Rocky Mountains, Canmore offers easy access to outstanding hiking, backpacking, camping and mountain biking terrain, breathtaking viewpoints, downhill and cross-country skiing, world class golf courses and a multitude of water sports. Take in one of the National Parks, discover the historic town of Banff (15-minute drive) or Lake Louise (45-minute drive) and create memories that will last a lifetime.



Getting Around:

Our unit comes with one underground parking stall and there is also free street parking alongside the building and surrounding area.



There are many walking/biking paths in the neighbourhood and various shops and restaurants. Downtown Canmore is a short walk away with even more retail and dining options.



Canmore offers free local bus transportation on our ROAM Transit service, and easy access to Banff for a nominal fee. There are also many taxi companies available, including Three Sisters Taxi (our Welcome Binder lists a few options with contact information).

NOTE: Please let us know if you require the sofa bed for your stay.



NOTE: Same day bookings (within 24 hours of check in) have a 6 p.m. check in time. Should the unit be available earlier, we will advise as soon as possible.



** We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you may be asked to complete our independent verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
