We want you to relax and enjoy your stay! Please help us care for the home by following these simple rules:

• No smoking or vaping inside the home.
• No parties or events.
• Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved in advance.
• Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.
• Children should be supervised at all times, especially near the canal and waterfront areas.
• Please do not feed or approach wildlife.
• No pets unless specifically approved prior to your stay.
• Please do not move indoor furniture outside.
• Guests are responsible for any excessive damage beyond normal wear and tear.
• Please follow all check-in and checkout instructions provided by Sunvay Vacation Rentals.

Waterfront Safety: The property is located directly on a canal. There are no lifeguards, and guests use waterfront areas at their own risk. Children must be closely supervised near the water.

Pool Coming Soon: A private pool is currently under construction. Until we confirm that the pool is open for guest use, guests may not enter the pool or construction area.
