The home comfortably accommodates up to four adults, with flexibility for an additional small child.

The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed and generous closet space, providing plenty of room to unpack and settle in.

The second bedroom also features a queen-size bed along with a dedicated desk and workspace, making it ideal for guests working remotely or travelling to Calgary for business.

An additional single-size foam mattress is stored beneath the primary bed and can be used for a child when required.

EATING

The full kitchen is well stocked for everyday cooking and longer stays, with a complete selection of cookware, dishes, utensils and the essential small appliances you would expect at home.

A full-size fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave make everything from a quick breakfast to preparing meals at home easy and convenient.

LIVING

Outside, guests have access to both the private, fully fenced front and back yards. The backyard includes a deck with patio furniture, offering a wonderful outdoor extension of the home during Calgary’s warmer months.

The home is centrally heated, and a portable air-conditioning unit can be provided during the summer months.

The home has one full bathroom featuring a bathtub and shower combination.

A full-size washer and dryer are located in the home for private guest use, making Colgrove Hill House particularly convenient for longer stays. An additional deep freezer is also available.

EXTRA

Guests have private use of the entire home, front and back yards and one detached garage. Additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Located in Bridgeland, the home is within walking distance of local restaurants, cafés and amenities, with downtown Calgary easily accessible. All four major Calgary hospitals are approximately a 15-minute drive away, making the home particularly convenient for healthcare professionals, medical stays and visiting families.

Pets are welcome with prior approval. All pets must be disclosed before booking, including the number of pets, breed and size. A pet fee applies per approved pet.
