Your cleaning fee is paid fully to cleaners and includes all bedding (put on beds not in bags like some others) bathroom towels/ kitchen towels, rags, & small supply of toilet paper and paper towels.

Pool is available - Memorial Day - Labor Day weekends - sometimes later weather depending.



This house has the best of both worlds it is very close to downtown Berlin and 10-15 minute drive to the beaches of Ocean City and Assateague. Some bikes will be provided for guests. Burley Oak Brewery, Forgotten Fifty Distillery, Burn Pizza, and grocery store are all right across the street from this home!



Perfect for large groups or families.

No Pets allowed at this property- no exceptions.
