This 5-bedroom, 3-bath home has a private backyard that opens onto the fairway, a hot tub, patio dining for the whole group and two wood-burning fireplaces. Two living areas give everyone room to spread out. The spacious primary suite has its own bathroom and a walkout door. It's a great home base for families and groups visiting Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown Estes Park.

You're right on the golf course, minutes from downtown Estes Park's shops and restaurants and a short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park.
Outdoor living
The backyard is the highlight. The covered stamped-concrete patio looks straight across the golf course to the peaks around Estes Park. Soak in the hot tub under the stars, grill dinner on the gas BBQ, and eat at the outdoor table that seats six or more. You can also relax in the Adirondack chairs and watch for elk wandering the fairways. Upstairs, a wraparound balcony gives you even more views.
