Settle into a quiet, established neighborhood with the Bend Golf Club fairway as your backyard. This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home sleeps a family or a group comfortably and is set up for people who need a real place to live, not a vacation rental. Working remotely? The main-floor den is a private, fully furnished office with a sit-to-stand desk and an ergonomic chair, ready to work from on day one. Outside is where this home earns its reputation. A large covered patio with overhead gas heaters, an outdoor gas fireplace, a built-in grill, and a fire pit make the space usable well past sunset and deep into the shoulder seasons. There's a private saltwater hot tub for after a day on the mountain. Community pool, hot tub, and walking paths included. Roughly 25 minutes to Mt. Bachelor, 10 minutes to downtown Bend and St. Charles Medical Center. Minimum 30-day stay. Fully furnished and equipped - bring your suitcase.
