The Clubs at Arrowhead is just a 3 minute drive for golf or tennis, and Sprouts Farmers Market is about 6 minutes away for groceries and everyday essentials. Arrowhead Towne Center and several popular restaurants are all within a 5 to 7 minute drive, making errands and dinner plans easy.

Driveway parking is available for up to 3 vehicles - The garage is locked off for personal use.
Must be 25+ to book We love welcoming guests of all kinds, but our minimum booking age is 25.

Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM - Let's keep things peaceful for you and the neighbors during these hours.

This is a party free zone - No parties or events are allowed at the property, and unfortunately this is grounds for termination of your stay. We want to be extremely respectful of our neighbors, and we appreciate your help with that.

Pets aren't allowed on this one - As much as we love furry friends, please leave them at home for this trip.

No smoking anywhere on the property - We appreciate your help keeping the home fresh and clean for the next guests.

A little transparency about noise- The home is outfitted with a Minut device, which measures volume decibels only and does not record audio or video. It simply notifies us if noise levels exceed a set limit. This is a tranquil neighborhood best suited for guests looking for a relaxing getaway, so thank you in advance for helping us keep it that way.

Pool temperature note - The pool is not heated, but it's naturally warm enough for swimming generally from June through September.

A brief rental agreement is required to be signed after booking
