The home comfortably sleeps 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a game/lounge room, outdoor dining area, and family-friendly amenities.

Please note:
The main living area of the home is located on the upper level and is accessible by stairs only. There is no elevator, and the property is not wheelchair-accessible.

The property has a private dock on the canal with indirect Gulf access (please ask for the boat lift key prior to your stay if necessary).

4 kayaks and multiple life jackets are provided for guest use. Children should be supervised at all times near the water. No exceptions.

Guest access:
Private access to the entire home, yard, dock, and amenities. Owner closet and outdoor shed remain locked and off limits.
Please note: The home is elevated and only has stair access, no elevator.

Other things to note
Primary guest must be 25+ to book and stay.

For guest safety and property security, there are three exterior cameras: a Ring doorbell at the front entrance, a camera on the shed facing the front of the property, and a camera facing the dock. No cameras monitor interior spaces or private outdoor areas.

The canal offers indirect Gulf access via the boat lift. Guests use the waterfront, dock, and kayaks at their own risk. Children should be supervised at all times near the water.

After booking confirmation, guests are required to complete a short rental agreement and ID verification prior to check-in.

Any damages, missing items, or unapproved pets will be thoroughly documented with photos and video, and reimbursement will be pursued immediately through VRBO's damage protection and reimbursement process.
