On the ground floor, 1 master bedroom with full ensuite bathroom and separate dressing room. Semi-open kitchen opening onto a large sunlit living room with dining table and lounge area around a working chimney insert. The living room opens onto the terrace overlooking the swimming pool.

The kitchen also overlooks a large closed veranda area, perfect for afternoon reading out of the summer heat or a great place for drinks or family meals at lunch or in the evening. The veranda is equipped with a large table and 8 chairs
