The bedroom has a queen size bed and there is a queen size pull out sofa bed in the Livingroom. enjoy a relaxing evening birdwatching on the covered patio.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the upstairs unit #2 , deck area, and shared laundry room.

Lake Taneycomo is a great fishing lake but not great for swimming due to the cold temperatures.
Please note we have no control over the weather Sometimes the lake is beautiful & full other times it’s mossy.
This is a residential area. Parties, loud music, and unregistered guests are not permitted.
No smoking of any kind inside the home.
A $100 fine will be charged if smoke or marijuana is detected indoors.
No Pets are allowed in the unit.
Please note, there are other units on the property. The laundry room, sidewalks, and side yard are shared spaces.
