This is a brand new build. Totally up to date, spotlessly clean. Light bright and inviting! You will be totally separate from the upstairs guests. They have no access to your space and you have no access to theirs!
This place is super cozy and comfy. Everytime I go down there, I want to find an excuse to stay. It’s warm, cute, and private to the max. We had so much fun with colours and light in this space. It’s exceptionally well let and we played with our colour scheme to make it relaxing, cozy, but still playful!
Mahogany is the one of the most gorgeous and desired neighbourhoods in Calgary. Feature it’s own private lake and beach club, Mahogany real estate consistently draws the most discerning buyers. Higher architectural standards in the community make clean lines, and cottage-like atmosphere. The Mahogany wetlands are nearby and a gorgeous sight to behold. Don’t miss Chairman’s Steakhouse right on the waters of Mahogany. With over 265 acres of open space, 30 neighbourhood parks & playgrounds, 22 kilometers of community pathways, garden and picnic areas, community splashpad, and adult fitness park, Mahogany offers something for all outdoor enthusiasts!
Bikes, Uber, bus, car, and walking all work in this incredible walkable neighborhood!
This is a basement suite to a home and although it has separate heating and ventilation, separate smoke shield, separate temperature controls, and even sound attenuation between the floors, you may sometimes hear some noise transfer from above. You could hear talking, footsteps or other normal noises that come from a basement suite. If you need perfect silence during your stay, this may not be the place for you.
