Quiet Home :Self Contained Studio: Welcome to your luxurious double room suite in a newly built detached home in Pine Trees Estate. Close to M40 Junction 4 with High Wycombe town centre and Bucks University (10 mins drive). There's a Morrisons Daily (10 mins walk).
Your 2nd floor room has a double bed with coil sprung mattress, study table + chair, bedsides, wardrobe and attached bathroom with plenty of cabinets. Kettle available on request. Working household host manages property access.
The space
Large detached property with ample space in the estate. Your room is on the 2nd floor. There are a number of guest parking spaces around the property which are available for guest's use. We are family friendly and appreciate your need for privacy.
Guest access
Getting to the property: Please meet your host at the property after five o’clock. The host will be in charge of letting you in. Just a heads-up, there are no separate keys for the property, (except for the room keys, where applicable). Head up to the 2nd floor and your room is Suite 2 on the left
To allow the hosts to get on with their work day, guests are requested to adhere to the latest 9 am departure and 5pm to 10pm arrival, applicable as a daily routine for multi day stays as well.
During your stay
Call the host on the phone number provided. You can also interact with the host whilst he is on the premises. Other home members may not be able to accommodate requests, so best to speak to the host.
Other things to note
Additional requests for early check-in, late check-out, or day boarding are strictly subject to availability and the host's schedule. Each of these service extensions incurs an additional £10 fee, payable directly to the host. Please confirm and arrange any schedule variations with the host well in advance -Keep noise to an absolute minimum between 10pm to 8am to ensure other members are undisturbed.

- No unauthorised guests or overoccupancy allowed
- We reserve the right to terminate the booking in case of behavioural issues.
