Inside the Home
High ceilings and an open great room make the home feel bright and airy. The kitchen has an eat-in area, and there's a formal dining room for group meals. The primary suite is a private retreat with walk-in closets and an en-suite bath that has dual sinks, a garden tub and a separate shower. The third bedroom and third bathroom can be closed off, so it works as a second suite. That's ideal for couples traveling together or visiting family. The den gives you extra space to read, work remotely or just unwind.
Outdoor Living
Step out to the screened lanai, where a sparkling pool and spa look out over the lake and its soothing fountain. The shaded lanai living area is a good spot for morning coffee, sunset cocktails or grilling dinner with friends. The Emerson Square clubhouse and community pool are just a short walk away.

Emerson Square is a small gated community surrounded by preserves, wetlands and lush landscaping. It's quiet and peaceful but right in the heart of South Fort Myers, just off US-41 and south of Alico Road. Community amenities include a clubhouse with a fitness center, a resort-style pool and spa, walking/biking paths and a playground.

Location & Nearby Attractions
Beaches: Fort Myers Beach, Lovers Key State Park and Bonita Beach are all about 20–30 minutes away. Sanibel & Captiva are about 35–40 minutes.
Shopping & Dining: Gulf Coast Town Center, Coconut Point and Miromar Outlets are all close by, and there's plenty of dining along US-41 and Daniels Parkway.
Spring Training: Hammond Stadium (Minnesota Twins) and JetBlue Park (Boston Red Sox) are both a short drive, which is a big draw in February and March.
Nature & Culture: Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve, the Edison & Ford Winter Estates and the Downtown Fort Myers River District.
Golf: Dozens of public and semi-private courses are within a 20-minute drive.
Travel: Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) is about 15 minutes away. FGCU and Hertz Arena are nearby too.

* Many communities require submission of an HOA application and associated fees. These applications are typically due 20-30 days prior to check-in. These fees are NOT included within the quoted rates when booking.
* These application / transfer fees are not set by Realty Group and are quoted to you in good faith. Prices are subject to change. The current application fees for the Emerson Square are $100 per person or married couple
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.
