Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ The backyard is off limits due to construction. An owners cabinet remains locked as well. Guests will have access to the entire unit. Please make yourself at home.



➤ Availability of free driveway parking (4 spots) and free street parking, subject to local parking regulations.

Located in West Phoenix, this home offers easy access to some of the area's most popular attractions. Catch a game or concert at State Farm Stadium, enjoy dining and nightlife at Westgate Entertainment District, or visit Camelback Ranch during spring training season. With convenient highway access, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment nearby, it's an excellent home base for exploring the Phoenix area.

➤ During the summer months, the thermostat is set to operate within a comfortable range of 70–82°F to ensure proper system performance and energy efficiency. Please note that opening doors and windows may make it difficult for the temperature to operate within this range. The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee temperatures outside this range or 100% system uptime, as frequent guest use may occasionally cause the system to require maintenance or repairs.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ Please keep in mind that the guests don’t have access to the USPS mailbox or any mailboxes, and I’m not responsible for any packages delivered to the unit.
