This comfortable 2BR/2BA condo sleeps up to 6 and gives you the best of both sides of Gulf Shores—deeded beach access across the street plus Little Lagoon access with fishing, a boat ramp and boat slips. Add community pools and a relaxed West Beach location, and you have plenty of ways to enjoy the coast without leaving Sea Oats.

The Space
After a day on the beach or water, come back to a comfortable place to relax and recharge.
The living area offers room to gather for movie nights, morning coffee or downtime together. The full kitchen makes it easy to prepare breakfast before heading out, pack lunches for the beach or enjoy dinner at the condo.
Both bathrooms have been updated for a fresh and comfortable stay.

Beach Days Made Easy
Sea Oats offers deeded beach access directly across West Beach Boulevard. Grab your beach gear and spend the day swimming, searching for shells or relaxing on Gulf Shores' sugar-white sand.
When you're ready for a break from the beach, head back to Sea Oats for an afternoon at the pool.

Little Lagoon + Boat Access
One of the things that makes Sea Oats special is having the Gulf beach on one side and Little Lagoon on the other.
Bring your boat and take advantage of the community boat ramp and boat slips, or spend some time fishing and relaxing along the waterfront. There is no separate boat or slip fee; a parking pass is required for the boat trailer. Boat slips are subject to availability, and all Sea Oats boating and parking rules apply.
Not bringing a boat? The lagoon side is still a great place to fish, relax at the gazebo or wind down by the water after a beach day.

Pool Time
Enjoy the Sea Oats community pools when you're ready for a break from the Gulf. They're perfect for cooling off after the beach or spending a laid-back afternoon closer to the condo.

West Beach Location
Barefoot Hideaway is located along West Beach, giving you a more relaxed Gulf Shores setting while keeping restaurants, shopping and area attractions within easy reach.

Guest Access
Guests have private access to Barefoot Hideaway B204 along with Sea Oats community amenities available to registered guests, including:
• Deeded beach access across the street
• Community swimming pools
• Little Lagoon waterfront access
• Boat ramp and boat slips
• Fishing areas
• Gazebo
• Assigned covered parking for one vehicle
• Additional unassigned parking for a second vehicle, subject to availability

Parking & Important Information
One assigned covered parking space is provided for the condo. A second vehicle may park in available unassigned parking. Parking passes are required.
Bringing a boat? A parking pass is required for the boat trailer.

B204 is located on the second level and there is no elevator. Guests must climb approximately four sets of stairs to reach the condo, so please consider this if anyone in your group has mobility limitations.

The condo does not have a direct Gulf, lagoon or pool view. What makes Barefoot Hideaway special is the access—enjoy the Gulf beach across the street, pools within the community and Little Lagoon right at Sea Oats.

Optional pre-arrival grocery stocking and concierge services are available by advance arrangement.
