The Space:

The main open living area combines the kitchen, dining area, living room, and wood-burning fireplace so everyone can enjoy their time together.

The outdoor deck provides a peaceful immersion into the surrounding wooded environment. The screened porch features a bubbling hot tub for ultimate relaxation.

On the main level, you will find two spacious bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: King bed, flat-screen TV, attached full bathroom with shower/tub combo.

• Bedroom 2: King bed, flat-screen TV, attached full bathroom with stand-up shower and separate Jacuzzi tub.

On the lower level, you will find two additional bedrooms:

• Bedroom 3: Queen bed, flat-screen TV, access to a full bathroom with shower/tub combo.

• Bedroom 4: Queen-over-Queen bunk bed, flat-screen TV, access to a full bathroom with shower/tub combo.

The lower level also features a spacious game room equipped with a pool table, foosball table, and a nostalgic multicade arcade machine with dozens of classic games. This space doubles as a media lounge, featuring a large flat-screen TV and comfortable seating perfect for movie marathons or watching the big game.

Great outdoor space surrounds the cabin, including a front porch with a propane grill and picnic table for outdoor dining.

The Neighborhood:

Sage Grass Retreat is ideally located for easy access to the national park, hiking trails, fishing, and horseback riding.

If you prefer to catch a show, shop, or visit Dollywood, Pigeon Forge is just a short drive away. Looking to explore Gatlinburg? Downtown Gatlinburg, Ober Gatlinburg, and Ripley's Aquarium are all easily accessible.

Free parking for 3 to 4 vehicles is available on the premises.

While roads leading to the property are paved, mountain driving conditions can vary in the winter; a 4WD vehicle is recommended during winter weather.

★ SWIMMING POOL AND POND ACCESS ★

Guests receive access to the nearby resort pool and fishing pond (available seasonally from May through September).

★ STARTER KITS ★

We supply a complimentary starter kit including essential toiletries, linens, towels, paper towels, and toilet paper to cover your arrival. Please plan to purchase additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★

The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are our top priorities. We perform a thorough cleaning process after every check-out.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home. Any evidence of smoking will result in deep cleaning and odor removal fees.

★ NATURE & WILDLIFE ★

Bears and other mountain wildlife are indigenous to the area and are frequently seen near the property. Please DO NOT leave food or trash outside and keep all waste inside secured bins. Inside the cabin, you may occasionally see harmless insects despite our regular pest control—this is normal for a mountain setting. Please do not feed any wildlife!

★ KITCHEN & GRILL ★

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and standard coffee maker / Keurig options (please bring your preferred grounds or pods). A propane grill is available on-site; guests are responsible for supplying propane/charcoal if needed.

★ FIREPLACE ★

The wood-burning fireplace is available for guest use. Wood is typically not provided but some logs might be there and free to use. We advise to buy some before coming if you plan to use the fireplace.

★ TV AND WIFI ★

Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property, and flat-screen TVs are located in the living room, game room, and bedrooms.
