Please note that a section of the driveway is steep. Vehicles with very low ground clearance may scrape when transitioning over the top of the driveway. We recommend taking extra care when entering and exiting, particularly if travelling in a lowered vehicle or low-profile sports car.



The garage is not available for guest use.



One well-behaved small to medium dog under may be accepted with prior approval.

Dogs must be house-trained and non-destructive.

Pets must never be left unattended.

Dogs are permitted on downstairs tiled areas only.

Dogs must remain on a lead when entering or leaving the property.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet and any damage caused.

Cats are not permitted.

A $100 pet fee and bond applies.
