Other Things to Note

Exterior Camera: A Blink security doorbell is installed outside the main entrance. It is motion-activated and monitors the exterior entry area only.

Occupancy: The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests, with sleeping space for 2 guests in the king bed and 4 guests in the two queen beds. Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. A $500 fee may be charged for violations.

Parties & Events: Parties and unauthorized events are not allowed. Violations may result in termination of the reservation and a $500 fee.

Pets: Pets are permitted with a $100 pet fee per stay. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to bring a pet.

Quiet Hours: Please be considerate of nearby residents and observe the property`s quiet hours. Confirmed excessive-noise complaints may result in a $500 charge.
