You’ll be close to the Cortez waterfront, local seafood restaurants, Palma Sola Bay, and just a short drive across the bridge to Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria Island.

The home has plenty of space to settle in after a day on the water, whether you’re traveling with family or a group of friends. Beach chairs, toys, a cooler, and an umbrella are provided, so you can pack up and head for the Gulf without bringing everything from home. BOATERS: The canal can be used for small boats / skiffs & tied up at the seawall. Car/Trailer can be parked in driveway.
