The condo is on the 1st floor in the East facing “E” building closest to the beach which allows for amazing sunsets.

The condo was recently remodeled with updated paint, cabinets, and furniture.

The living room has a leather sectional sofa, dining for 6 and a large glass slider that leads directly to the pool and common area.

There is a flat screen Smart TV with cable in every bedroom and in the living room.  

Outside in the large patio there is a full outdoor dining area.



This is a true beach front location right on Sandy Beach minutes from town, the fish market, and Rodeo Drive for shopping, eating, and entertainment.
