Chueca lives late and looks good doing it: polished streets and busy terrazas on one side, Malasaña's independent boutiques on the other, and San Marcos right between them, a short walk from Calle de Hortaleza. On the fifth floor of a building with an elevator, this 22 m² studio gives every area a purpose. The kitchen leads: the whole room has been redone, with a vitroceramic stovetop, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, and a marble-effect backsplash that adds polish behind the cooking. A breakfast area sits within the kitchen, a place for coffee and a slow start before heading out into the barrio.

The sleeping area has a TV, so a film can be watched from bed. Light fills the studio throughout, and air conditioning keeps it comfortable through the summer.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a vanity with storage for everyday things. The whole home is arranged to be easy to come back to after an evening out in Chueca or Malasaña.
