Heading north, discover Ben Lomond (4 miles), Scotland’s most southerly Munro, where well-marked paths lead to a summit boasting panoramic views across the National Park.


This welcoming walker’s retreat is styled with a cosy, home-from-home feel, enhanced by charming Scottish tartan accents throughout. The open-plan lounge/diner forms the heart of the home, offering comfortable seating, a wood burner, a TV/DVD and French doors that open directly onto the private patio.
