The kitchen is thoroughly stocked and ready for anything from fresh seafood dinners to lazy breakfast spreads, flowing naturally into the living and dining space for easy conversations and shared meals. Three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms round out the home. The first is a true group-pleaser, featuring a twin-over-twin bunk alongside a queen-over-queen bunk — comfortably sleeping six and making it a smart pick for larger families or guests doubling up. A hallway full bathroom with tub is just outside. The second bedroom offers another queen-over-queen bunk, perfect for additional guests or kids wanting their own space. The primary bedroom is a true grown-up retreat, featuring a restful king-sized bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Pets are not allowed
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
