The space

The spacious, light-filled living area is the heart of the apartment. Tall windows frame wide views across Lake Como and fill the room with natural light. The changing reflections on the water, the mountains beyond Cernobbio and the lights of the opposite shore are part of the interior. Warm tones, carefully selected contemporary furnishings and an integrated open-plan kitchen create an elegant but relaxed atmosphere. The interiors have been conceived to complement the historic character of the villa rather than compete with it: comfortable, understated and distinctly Italian.



A striking spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, a more intimate and private space housing three bedrooms: a queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a second queen bedroom, and a spacious third bedroom with two twin beds. The second queen bedroom and the third bedroom share the second upstairs bathroom.



The setting

Villa Pozzi is located within the Parco dei Mosaici, directly on the waterfront in Blevio, one of the most peaceful villages on the first basin of Lake Como.

Blevio is a small and picturesque village on the eastern shore of the first basin of Lake Como.

Surrounded by greenery and rising steeply from the water toward the mountains, it has retained a quieter and more residential atmosphere than many of the lake's busier destinations, while central Como is easily reachable by car.



Morning light over the water, afternoons spent swimming or exploring the lake, and evenings overlooking the lights of Cernobbio are all part of the experience of staying here.



One of the pleasures of staying at Villa Pozzi is that the lake is not simply something to look at — it becomes part of daily life.

Nearby activities include paddleboarding, wakeboarding, water skiing and hiking. A public tennis court with views over the lake is less than a 10-minute walk away.



Milan can be visited as a day trip while the villages and villas of Lake Como remain immediately accessible by road or water.
