Please note: Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. The building has an elevator for easy access to the apartment on the 3rd floor. We provide access codes for entry; no keys are needed. The access codes will be sent to you 3 days before your arrival. Paid parking is available nearby. Please be aware that this is a family-friendly building, and we kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours after 10 PM. Parties and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Additional guests are not permitted without prior arrangement. A damage deposit may be required for groups. Pets are not allowed. Failure to comply with these rules may result in penalties, including fines and eviction.
