Primary Suite: Features a plush King bed, a 42” flat-screen TV, and a private en-suite bathroom complete with a luxurious jetted tub and a walk-in shower.
Second Bedroom: Features two comfortable Double beds and a 32” TV, with quick access to the second full hallway bathroom.
Living Area: Includes a Queen sleeper sofa, a massive 42” flat-screen TV with premium cable and DVD player, and a spacious layout for family gatherings.
Kitchen, Dining & Grocery Runs
Skip the crowded restaurants and save money by cooking your holiday meals! The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, full-size refrigerator, stove top, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.
Host Note on Groceries: The resort provides all the eating utensils, pots, pans, and dishes you will need. However, as this is a timeshare resort, they do not stock consumable pantry items. You will need to purchase your own cooking basics like seasonings, cooking oil, and paper towels.
The Good News: The Walmart Supercenter (8990 Turkey Lake Rd) is less than 2 miles away—under a 5-minute drive straight down Turkey Lake Road! It makes stocking up for Christmas breakfast or dinner incredibly fast and easy.

Check-In & Guest Certificate: This is a deeded resort villa stay. Upon booking confirmation, I will pay the resort transfer fee to issue an official Westgate Guest Certificate in your primary name. The name you provide must exactly match your government-issued photo ID for a seamless front-desk check-in.
Villa Assignment & Views: All 2-Bedroom Villas feature a private furnished balcony or patio and identical high-end finishes. However, exact building assignments, floor levels, and balcony views (lakefront, pool view, or resort grounds) are managed directly by the Westgate front desk upon check-in and cannot be guaranteed or controlled by the host in advance.
Incidental Deposit: Like any standard hotel, the resort front desk will require a credit card at check-in for a temporary, fully refundable incidental hold (typically $100–$200).
