Welcome to S’more Summits, our family’s mountain home in Frisco and a perfect year-round base camp for exploring Summit County. The home sleeps up to 10 guests and features a private hot tub, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, large TV, Blackstone grill, two-car garage, and plenty of space for families and groups. But the best part is the proximity to 6 world-class ski resorts and walking distance to the free Summit Stage bus service!

THE SPACE:

- King primary bedroom upstairs
- Queen bedroom downstairs with ensuite bath
- Full-over-full bunk room with twin trundle and futon
- Queen Murphy bed in flex room near the garage/laundry area

Linens, bath towels, hot-tub towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. Each bedroom also has a humidifier and fan – a welcome touch in Colorado’s dry mountain climate. (Not reflected in photos, but we just installed new cellular shades in every room - blackout shades in all bedrooms!)

The main living area is designed for gathering, with a comfortable living room and fireplace, large TV, guest Netflix account and YouTube TV, including the NFL package during football season. The fully stocked kitchen includes cookware, utensils, appliances, spices, cooking oils, basic condiments, and a coffee and tea bar with starter supplies so you can easily cook for the whole group. The adjoining dining room includes seating for 8, while the kitchen island accommodates an additional 4. We also have a Blackstone grill hooked up to natural gas available on the patio.

After a day of skiing, hiking or biking, come home, relax by the fireplace and soak in the private outdoor hot tub.

There is also a two-car garage, with additional driveway parking for up to 4 additional vehicles available. Particularly convenient when traveling with ski gear, bikes or multiple families.

AN OUTSTANDING FRISCO LOCATION:

One of the best things about S’more Summits is the central location! You’re within easy reach of six major ski resorts: Copper (~10 min), Breckenridge and Keystone (~20 min), A-Basin (~25 min), Vail (~30 min), and Beaver Creek (~40 min). That means your group doesn’t have to commit to a single resort. You can choose the mountain that best fits the snow, terrain or plans for the day.

Prefer not to drive? The free Summit Stage bus connects Frisco with Copper, Breckenridge, Keystone, Dillon, Silverthorne and more. The nearest stop for the Copper Line is only about 0.2 miles from the house, and for all other ski area and town destinations, the Frisco Transit Center is only about 0.5 miles away.

WALK, RIDE & EXPLORE FROM THE HOUSE:

In summer, the entrance to the Lake Dillon/Summit County Recreation Path is just a couple of houses down, providing easy access to walking, running and biking throughout the area. The broader paved pathway system connects Frisco with Dillon, Silverthorne, Copper Mountain and Breckenridge. The Frisco Adventure Park, Nordic Center, downtown restaurants, breweries, coffee shops and 3 grocery stores are all just minutes away.

Whether your plans involve powder days, summer bike rides around Lake Dillon, hiking, exploring Frisco, or simply soaking in the hot tub after a day outside, S’more Summits offers the space, amenities and location for a memorable Summit County getaway.
