Casa Nieve by Rental Hero – Your modern retreat in the Spanish sun

Welcome to Casa Nieve, a newly built ground floor holiday apartment in the exclusive gated community of Costa Narejos III in Los Alcázares. As soon as you step through the gate, you feel that special holiday feeling: everything is new, well-maintained and peaceful – yet just a few steps away from the lively Mar Menor.

The apartment itself feels like a small, modern oasis. Light colours, clean lines and cosy accents – you immediately feel at home here. The central air conditioning ensures the perfect indoor climate all year round, while the fast WiFi is ideal for sharing pictures of your most beautiful holiday moments directly.

The two bedrooms offer plenty of space to relax – one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. The two spacious bathrooms with showers make your stay particularly comfortable, especially for families or friends travelling together.

The fully equipped kitchen invites you to reheat fresh churros in the morning or prepare a light Mediterranean meal in the evening – everything you need is there.

A real highlight is located above the roofs of the complex: the communal pool with rooftop jacuzzi. Perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach and enjoying the warm Spanish evenings. An underground parking space is available for added convenience.

The location could hardly be better:
• Just a short walk from the Mar Menor
• Close to the popular Strip 525 with bars and restaurants
• shopping facilities almost on your doorstep

As a special start to your stay, you will receive the Rental Hero welcome pack: towels, bed linen, a bottle of wine, water, sweets, tea and cocoa – everything you need to arrive and enjoy yourself straight away.

Additional services are available on request, such as airport transfers, shopping service or interim cleaning.

Casa Nieve by Rental Hero combines a relaxing beach holiday, modern living standards and ideal comfort – perfect for anyone who wants to experience Los Alcázares at its best.
