Step outside into the private backyard retreat featuring a large swimming pool, outdoor jetted hot tub, spacious patio, BBQ area, outdoor seating and patio heater. An additional outdoor bathroom and hot-water shower make pool and hot-tub time even more convenient.

The theatre is connected to Netflix and Disney+, and ping-pong equipment is provided. Additional recreational equipment, including pickleball paddles, badminton equipment and yoga mats, may also be available upon request.

A Private & Relaxing Setting

The property backs directly onto a park, providing excellent backyard privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. Park access is approximately a 5-minute walk away.
White Rock's beach and oceanfront are approximately a 10-minute drive or around a 20-minute bike ride, making it easy to enjoy the waterfront, restaurants and local attractions.
Nearby recreation courts, shopping, restaurants and everyday essentials are also conveniently located within a short drive.

Pool & Hot Tub
Pool and hot-tub heating are available upon advance request so everything can be prepared before your arrival.

The swimming pool ranges from approximately 0.9 m to 2.4 m in depth. Please note that there is no lifeguard on site, and guests are responsible for supervising children and ensuring the safety of everyone in their group.

Parking & EV Charging
Plenty of parking is available on the private driveway, including space that may accommodate an RV or trailer.
A 240V EV charger is also available for an additional fee.

This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and we want both our guests and our neighbors to enjoy a peaceful environment. Outdoor parties, events, excessive noise and loud music are not permitted.

There is no full indoor kitchen available for guest use, but guests may enjoy the outdoor BBQ area. Please review the listing amenities carefully before booking to make sure the property is a good fit for your stay.
