From this 60-square-meter apartment in the heart of La Ciotat’s historic center, the living space is divided between a light-filled interior and a 32-square-meter rooftop terrace overlooking the sea, the city’s rooftops, and the famous cranes listed as part of La Ciotat’s maritime heritage.

The 60 m² apartment enjoys abundant natural light throughout the day. The Mediterranean atmosphere is evident in every room, enhanced by the natural light that floods the space and evokes the gentle charm of the Provençal coastline.

On the 32 m² rooftop, you’ll find an open-air space to gaze out at the sea, the surrounding rooftops, and the heritage-listed cranes that tell the story of the city’s industrial and maritime history. It’s a world of its own, above the hustle and bustle of downtown.

La Ciotat, at the gateway to the Calanques National Park, was voted the most beautiful bay in the world in 2021. Restaurants, art galleries, and wine bars bring the harbor to life year-round. The Béraud boulodrome, the birthplace of pétanque since 1907, and the history of the cinematograph invented by the Lumière brothers in 1894 round out this exceptional heritage.
