☀ Hours allowed for visits: 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. If you have a guest who needs to stay past 11:00 PM, please reach out to us so we can register them with the property.

☀ Check-in instructions are provided the morning of arrival, and checkout instructions are provided 24 hours before departure.

The area offers a convenient balance of quiet residential streets and easy access to Miami's vibrant culture. Coral Way, Calle Ocho, Miracle Mile, Brickell, Coconut Grove, and other popular Miami destinations are all within easy reach.



Spend the day exploring Little Havana, enjoy dining and shopping around Miracle Mile, head toward Brickell and Coconut Grove for waterfront views and city attractions, or explore Miami's beaches and entertainment districts. Afterward, return to the peaceful surroundings of Coral Gate and relax beside your private heated pool.



It's a convenient home base for experiencing both the local character and metropolitan energy of Miami.



Getting Around:

Driving or Uber is recommended.

Douglas Road Metrorail Station is under a 5-minute drive and provides direct train access toward Brickell, Downtown Miami, and the Airport.

Quiet hours begin at 9 PM. Please be respectful of the surrounding residential neighborhood.

GUEST COUNT



Please book for the exact number of guests staying at the property. No additional guests are permitted without host approval. Subletting is not permitted.



TRASH & RECYCLING RULES



Please do not place trash in the recycling bin. Trash goes in the green bin, while recycling goes in the blue bin. If trash is placed in the blue recycling bin, the city may refuse to pick it up. Incorrectly sorted waste will result in a $100 trash removal fee to cover the city fine.



GRILL REMINDER



If you use the grill during your stay, please wipe it down after use. Leaving the grill dirty can create a safety hazard and may result in an additional cleaning fee.
