The loft is accessible only via a stepped ladder with a handrail that must be used. Also, guests must respect the natural ecosystem and leave no trash outside, especially near the pond. Fishing is permitted only with catch and release. Ducks can only be fed the food we provide as "treats", recognizing that ducks naturally eat grubs and vegetation that help keep themselves and the pond healthy.
