You’ll be staying in a 150 m² contemporary villa built in 2010, nestled in the heart of a quiet residential community of 10 properties in Auribeau-sur-Siagne. With its private pool, large fenced-in yard of 800 m², and play equipment for children, this air-conditioned home accommodates up to 8 guests in an exceptional natural setting along the banks of the Siagne River.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a large, bright living room, a bedroom with a private shower room, a half-bath, and a garage with a laundry area.
Upstairs, three bedrooms—including a master suite with a walk-in closet and private shower—await you, complemented by a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, as well as a relaxation area. Settle into the sofa with a book from the library or work in peace and quiet at the desk area.
You’ll enjoy landscaped grounds featuring a pool, a large terrace, and a pétanque court. The garden features a soccer goal for the enjoyment of young and old alike, as well as a swing set. Several vehicles can easily park in the courtyard, which is secured by a gate.
This green oasis is ideal for family gatherings, sharing a barbecue, or enjoying moments of relaxation on the lounge chairs by the pool.
