SOHO Residence has 24/7 security and CCTV throughout the building. Your keycard is used to call the lift, just tap it on the reader inside then press your floor. Our team will meet you on arrival and guide you through check-in, so everything is smooth and easy.

🚗 Parking Access

Motorbike parking is available inside the building on levels 1–4 (ride up the on-ramp on the right side), roughly 4,000 VND per entry or 10,000 VND overnight. Car parking isn't available on-site, but there's a paid parking lot directly across the road. Message us if you need help arranging a spot.

A few things to know before you book:



- Guest registration is required by Vietnamese law. All guests must register with a valid passport/ID and visa, we'll ask you to send photos before arrival. This isn't optional and fines apply for non-compliance.



- Smoking is allowed on the balcony only, not indoors.



- Quiet hours are 11 PM to 7 AM, no parties or loud music.



- Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available for a fee if you need flexibility, just message us.



- Luggage storage is available nearby after check-out if your flight is later in the day.

- Full house rules and any applicable fees are shared with you after booking.
