The lovingly furnished vacation rental is located on the 2nd floor (elevator available) and offers approximately 44 m² of space for up to 4 people. Whether you’re a couple, a small family, or just looking for a relaxing getaway—here you can leave everyday life behind and enjoy your own personal time by the sea.

The cozy living area, with its spacious sofa set, invites you to relax. After an eventful day at the beach, make yourself comfortable, enjoy a cozy evening watching TV, or wind down with a good book.

The tasteful furnishings in harmonious shades of gray and natural tones, along with charming nautical decorations, create a pleasant, cozy atmosphere.

The comfortable sleeper sofa (140 × 200 cm) provides sleeping accommodations for two additional guests if needed.

Integrated directly into the living area is a cozy dining area where you can enjoy breakfast together, play games, or wind down at the end of the day.

The separate bedroom features a cozy double bed (190 × 200 cm) and offers a pleasant retreat for restful nights.

Blackout options ensure that you can sleep in completely relaxed, even while on vacation.

Kitchen & Dining

In the separate, well-equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to prepare your own meals while on vacation.

Amenities include, among other things, a ceramic cooktop with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster.

Whether it’s a quick breakfast before heading to the beach or a home-cooked dinner—here you can plan your vacation days exactly as you wish.

Bathroom

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a bathtub, a toilet, and a hair dryer. This way, you can relax wonderfully after a long day in the fresh Baltic Sea air.

The vacation rental is located at Wicheldorfstraße 12 in the “Meeresgruss” building in Grömitz and stands out for its central location near the beach.
The building has an elevator and an underground parking space assigned to the apartment (1.90 m clearance height)

The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is only about 400 meters away and easily accessible on foot. Restaurants, cafés, and shopping options are also located in the immediate vicinity.

Stroll along the popular Grömitz promenade, enjoy a delicious fish sandwich with a view of the sea, or spend relaxing hours on the beach.
