Welcome to our Warm Springs Family Lodge, a spacious four-bedroom mountain home tucked into one of Ketchum's most loved neighborhoods. With 3,400 square feet, room for up to 10 guests, four en suite bathrooms, and multiple sleeping areas spread throughout the home, this is an especially great setup for families and multigenerational trips.

The heart of the home is the bright, vaulted living room, where towering windows look out into the trees and a large sectional surrounds the stone fireplace and Smart TV. Just beyond is a generous dining room with room for everyone to gather around the table, while the fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of space for family breakfasts, après-ski snacks, and dinners at home.

The main-level primary suite features a king bed and private en suite bathroom—an ideal setup for grandparents or anyone who prefers to avoid stairs. Upstairs, a second king suite provides another private retreat, while the oversized bunk room doubles as the ultimate kids' hangout with two bunk beds, an additional pull-out trundle, and its own bathroom.

A separate staircase beyond the laundry room leads to the fourth bedroom: a private queen suite above the garage with its own bathroom and workspace. It's a great option for another couple, older kids, or anyone wanting a little extra separation from the group.

Outside, the private backyard is made for unwinding after a day in the mountains. Soak in the hot tub, fire up the BBQ, enjoy dinner outside, or simply settle in beneath the trees.

And the location makes the whole trip easy. Walk to the neighborhood bus stop for a ride to Warm Springs Lodge and Bald Mountain, stroll over to Warm Springs Preserve, or make the quick drive into downtown Ketchum for dinner and shopping.
