The parking space is assigned (number 33) and for the exclusive use of the apartment’s guests. Vehicles must fit within a 4.5m x 2.1m space, and the maximum vehicle height to enter the garage is 2.4m.

IMPORTANT:
Right after your booking is completed and paid, you will receive a message from us requesting documents, which are required to authorize your entry into the building. Please send them as soon as possible to avoid waiting at the building entrance.
The guest photo we request is for the building’s facial recognition access control. The selfie must be taken without accessories (such as hats or glasses) and against a light background.
Cleaning cancellations made after 8 AM on the scheduled day disrupt the team’s planning and cause them a loss of income, so they will be charged at 50% of the cleaning fee. The amount will be requested through the platform’s resolution center.
Guests are expected to behave in a manner consistent with the residential nature of the building and with living in a shared condominium.
Interaction with Guests:
We prefer to communicate with guests through the platform’s chat, since that’s how our team works together.
It’s very helpful for guests to have the platform’s app on their phone. From booking until checkout, we recommend keeping the app on your phone’s home screen so you can quickly see notifications of new messages from us.
Since the host lives in the same city, they are available in person in case of emergency.
