Fragrant Harbour is a beautifully designed eco-friendly retreat, powered by a full Plico solar and battery system, and supplied by fresh rainwater. Architect-designed and professionally styled, the home combines luxury, comfort, and sustainability.

The open-plan living area features a custom Corian wave-shaped kitchen bench, chef-grade appliances, a walk-in pantry, and seamless flow to the main lounge with modular leather seating, a flatscreen TV, and a cosy wood fire. The adjoining dining area faces the gorgeous landscaped garden.

Upstairs, a second lounge offers a peaceful retreat with an antique Chinese daybed and telescope. Glass stacker doors open to the expansive viewing terrace with an outdoor lounge and outdoor dining table, perfect for sunset drinks after a long day of exploring.

A private pool house sits at the back of the property featuring a lounge area, kitchenette, toilet and outdoor shower.

Fragrant Harbour comfortably sleeps six guests across four bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own reverse-cycle air-conditioning unit for summer and winter comfort. Each bedroom has unique styling and relaxing ocean views.

Downstairs:
- King bedroom with ensuite
- Flexible bedroom (king or two singles) with large bathroom opposite

Upstairs:
- King bedroom with ensuite
- Queen bedroom with ensuite

The rear of the property spans three terraced levels:
- Upper terrace with dining, BBQ, and sheltered lounge
- Middle terrace with lawn, trampoline and a hammock
- Lower level with resort-style pool, Balinese bale, lush gardens, and an outdoor shower

Please note: the pool is solar heated and therefore best enjoyed in the warmer months (December–March).

WIFI, C-Bus lighting, and reverse-cycle air-conditioning are available throughout the house. All linen and towels, including beach towels, are provided.

The location is superb, close to the Prevelly General Store, White Elephant Beach Café, The Common Bar & Bistro, and several family-friendly beaches. Margaret River township and top wineries are a short 10 minute drive away.


Guests have access to the entire home, gardens, terraces, pool house and pool area.

It is self check-in with lock box.

The spa is not operational.

Pets: Only with prior approval; guests must supervise pets, clean up hair/waste, and never leave pets unattended. A pet fee of $100 is required.

No Parties/Events: Accommodation only; no weddings, functions, or large gatherings

Noise: Keep noise low after 9pm; Shire regulations enforced; 24-hour noise monitoring active (records noise levels only, not conversations), excessive noise or complaints may result in eviction

Parking: All vehicles must stay within the property; no street parking; Shire regulations enforced

Pets: Only with prior approval; guests must supervise pets, clean up hair/waste, and never leave pets unattended

Smoking: No indoor smoking; dispose of cigarette butts responsibly outdoors

Cleanliness & Bond: Leave property tidy; wash dishes, clean BBQ, remove rubbish; report any damage promptly
