Welcome to your St Pete Beach escape! Completely remodeled 2nd-floor beach condo with an amazing pool view toward Upham Beach.

This is a second floor condo - 2-bedroom, 1-bath, sits just across the street from Upham Beach, one of the quieter, more relaxed stretches of sand on the Gulf. From the second-floor windows, you’ll enjoy an amazing view over the heated pool toward the beach.

The condo sleeps 6, with a king bed in one bedroom, a queen bed in the other, and a queen sofa bed in the living room. There’s a TV in every room, plus high-speed Wi-Fi, so everyone can settle in and relax after a day in the sun. It’s a comfortable fit for couples, families, or friends traveling together.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook meals at home, whether it’s a big family breakfast or a late dinner after the beach. Fire up the community grills for a cookout, or eat in!

Everything you need for a beach day is included. Your stay comes with parking for 1 vehicle, beach chairs, beach towels, a beach buggy to haul your gear, and an umbrella. Just grab your sunscreen and walk across the street.

Gulf Winds Resort has a year-round heated pool, community grills, a shuffleboard court, and on-site laundry. After a day on the sand, cook out, play a game of shuffleboard, or unwind by the pool.

Paradise Grill and the beach bars are steps away, and the shops and restaurants of Corey Ave are about a 10-minute walk. It’s a walkable, laid-back spot for a Gulf Coast vacation.

This is a second floor condo and you must be able to climb stairs - no elevators on the property.

Guests have full access to the private condo and shared amenities including a year-round heated pool, charcoal grills, shuffleboard court, and on-site laundry.

**Please Note**
**The HOA is replacing the hallway flooring in the buildings as well as the condo access doors. This work is ongoing so you may see workers in the halls and at times be offered a short detour while some tile landings may be briefly blocked yet you will always be able to reach your condo. Exterior painting and landscaping is currently scheduled late summer 2026. There is potential for daytime noise during this work.
