The whole house is yours - three bedrooms, three and a half baths, the game loft, the backyard and the hot tub. No shared spaces and no one else on the property.

Free parking for 4 cars: a regular garage (fits 2 sedans or 1 big SUV) plus a driveway for 2 more cars, and plenty of street parking too.

Self check-in with a smart lock: your own door code arrives in your Vrbo messages before check-in, so you can walk right in when you arrive.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

- A quiet residential street. Quiet hours start at 10 PM. No parties or events, and no smoking or vaping inside the house or garage.
- The house is a few blocks from I-45, so you may hear the freeway from the primary bedroom. Every bedroom has room-darkening shades and the primary has a white-noise machine.
- For everyone's peace of mind, there are three outdoor security cameras: on the driveway and garage, the front walkway, and the backyard (it can see the hot tub). They're there only for security, and we only look at the footage if something happens. Inside, the house is completely private - no cameras at all.
- Hot tub: up to 6 people, no glass, children under 14 with an adult. Full guidelines are in the house rules.
- Please flush toilet paper only.
- Sleeps up to 10 guests. Fully registered with the City of Houston (STR-25-001354).
