✔ Third Ward is a historic, evolving urban neighborhood with a mix of older homes and new development. It's central and lively rather than polished or suburban. If you'd prefer a quieter, more manicured setting, one of our other Houston homes may be a better fit.

✔ In a historic building, some noise from the units above is normal.

✔ The interior door between the two units can be opened for your group.

✔ The two units share one AC system. Message us if you'd like the temperature adjusted.

✔ The two units share a water heater. Hot water can take 5–10 minutes to reach full temperature and runs warm rather than very hot, so staggering showers helps with a full group.

✔ The driveway, parking area, and dumpster are shared with other building residents.

✔ Parties and events are not permitted.

✔ No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors; please step fully off-site to smoke.

✔ A disclosed noise monitor in each unit measures decibel levels only. It does not record audio, video, or conversations.

✔ No on-site pool or gym, but Emancipation Park's free public gym is less than a mile away.
