It is perfect for families and small groups of up to 6 people who want to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, while remaining a short distance from Sorrento and the wonders of the coast.

The large private outdoor area of about 500 m² is the real protagonist of the villa: a space where children can play, while adults relax in sun and shade.
During the summer you can cool off in the private above ground pool (2 x 5 m, depth 135 cm) , available approximately from May to October and maintained directly by the owner.
The patio, terrace and barbecue invite you to enjoy your vacation outdoors: a slow breakfast, a family lunch, an aperitif at sunset or a dinner under the stars.
It also offers free WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine and fenced private parking for up to 3 cars.

The interiors, partially renovated in 2024, combine rustic charm with modern amenities.
The house is spread entirely on one level, for about 100 m² , and consists of:

Open space living room with TV and air conditioning
Large double room with double bed and sofa
Room with twin beds and private bathroom
Third bedroom with two single beds , with direct access to the terrace
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, freezer and coffee machine
Master bathroom with shower and tub.
Outdoor areas with garden furniture and sun loungers

The bed layout is flexible and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people .
