Light-filled interiors, ocean breezes and unobstructed, front-row views of the Pacific Ocean create an effortless setting for long beach days and easy evenings at home.





The space





Designed around relaxed coastal living, the apartment offers generous spaces for families and groups to settle in and feel at home.





• Location: Directly opposite Sunrise Beach, with easy access to the sand and surf and the coastline stretching out in either direction.

• Master bedroom: Comfortable private room with a king bed and ensuite.





• Second bedroom: A well-appointed second bedroom with a queen bed.





• Third bedroom: An additional bedroom with two singles to accommodate the whole family.





• Bathrooms: Two bathrooms; one ensuite and one main bathroom with a separate toilet.





• Outdoor living: Generous balcony with incredible views, a large table with plenty of seating, BBQ and two oversized chairs to kick back and relax.





• Local hangouts: One of the region's best cafes, Chalet & Co, located right next door, offering great coffee and breakfast options.





• Beach access: Directly across the road in front of Chalet & Co is Beach access 37, taking you straight down to Sunrise Beach.





• Getting around: A bus stop is conveniently located behind the complex on David Low Way providing easy access towards Noosa, while Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach are approximately a 10-minute drive away.





• Comfort: Air conditioning in every bedroom and kitchen/living room, WiFi and Smart TV are provided for your stay.





• Parking: Please note that there is no designated off-street parking available and guests are to make use of the limitless street parking available out the front of the property.





Guest access





Guests have exclusive use of the entire residence, including all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living areas and private outdoor spaces.



While there is no facility for parking in the lockup garage, if you have items, such as bicycles, that need to be stored safely, we can provide access to this facility on request.





Other things to note





The property is located within a small complex with several permanent residents. While wonderfully positioned for enjoying the coast, we ask guests to be mindful of our neighbours and keep noise to a respectful level, particularly during the evening and early morning.







The property accommodates a maximum of six guests across three bedrooms.





Beaches are patrolled during school holidays.





Beach towels are provided.





BEDDING CONFIGURATION: Please refer to the listing photographs and bedroom details for the bedding configuration. The bedding arrangement is permanent and cannot be altered.





Being positioned close to the beachfront, guests should expect the natural sounds of the coast and some passing traffic during busier periods.





Parties, events, pets and additional unregistered guests are not permitted under any circumstances. All guests must abide by Noosa Council's Guest Code of Conduct.
