HOUSE RULES

ZERO POLICY FOR PARTIES!
If a party is thrown, Vrbo will cancel your reservation and ask you to leave without a refund.

➦ All guests must be disclosed.
➦ No parties or events allowed.
➦ No Smoking or illegal substances inside the house. Doing so will result in a $500 fee with extra cleaning fees.
➦ Quiet hours: 10 pm - 8 am
➦ Any damages caused to furniture/linens may be subject to charges for replacements.

BBQ PROPANE NOTICE: Propane is not provided for the BBQ. Guests are responsible for supplying their own propane or refilling the tank as needed. Please note that the tank may be empty upon arrival depending on previous guest usage. Propane refills are available at nearby gas stations, approximately 10 minutes away.

You certify that your participation is voluntary and you have been made aware of the risks. Additionally, you do not have any conditions that may increase your likelihood of injury.


➦Health, safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning and disinfection after each check-out.


NOTE:

*Hot Tub during the Winter can be a bit tricky. In extreme temperatures (-20C or below) hot tub may lose heat, and temps might drop. While this rarely happens, it is a factor that is out of our control regarding your stay.*

LATE CHECKINS/CHECKOUTS
Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 11 am.

➦Our cleaning team will arrive at 11 am sharp. Please ensure you check out on time. Late check-outs will be charged $100/hour.

➦We do allow early check-ins & late check-outs for a maximum of 2 hours at $25/hour. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that it cannot be guaranteed as it depends on the departure time of previous guests and the cleaning schedule.

CLEANLINESS
➦Cleanliness is of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

MONTHLY STAY GUESTS
➦We provide initial consumables. Once supplies are used up, we advise guests to replenish their own supplies.

QUIET HOURS
➦Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.

SMOKING
➦Smoking is not allowed inside the house. If you must smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

NOISE & SMOKE MONITORING MACHINE
➦For the comfort and safety of all our guests, our property is equipped with a noise and smoking monitoring device. Please note that:

➦Noise monitoring: This device tracks sound levels to ensure a peaceful environment but does not record audio for privacy.

➦Smoking detection: The device monitors air quality for smoking or vaping activity, as smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

CAMERA LOCATION
➦There is 1 camera positioned at the front entrance of the exterior and records images and sound 24/7.

➦It is placed to ensure that our guests feel secure and that the property remains safe. Please note, there are no cameras inside the home to respect your privacy.

NO PETS POLICY: Pets are strictly prohibited and not allowed on the property. Please be aware that a penalty of up to $200 may be imposed if any pet hair or other evidence of pets is discovered on the premises.
