Unwind in the cozy living area with a good book, roll out the provided yoga mat for a morning stretch, or gather the group for a lively board game night. For entertainment, two Smart TVs make it easy to stream your favorite movies and shows using your own accounts, backed by fast Wi-Fi throughout the space. With a private garage, full-size washer and dryer, and pet-friendly accommodations, this home offers modern conveniences for a seamless stay for the whole family.​​​​​​​

Things to Note:

Two spaces for parking only - one vehicle in the garage and one in the driveway. No exceptions!

This is a three-story property that does not have an elevator.

All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking

No Smoking. No parties. No events. No fireworks.

This is a pet-friendly property pending pre-approval from DoneRight Management only. The pet fee is $25 per pet per night of the reservation. For pet approval and detailed guidelines, please contact DoneRight Management.

This home has a two-night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3 or 4-night stay.

Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.

All of our properties have self-check-in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check-in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.

Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property.

Check-in is any time after 4 PM. Check-out is at 10 AM.

The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.

This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.

Welcome to the Broken Ridge Condos
To help keep our community clean, safe, and enjoyable for all residents and guests, all renters are required to follow the community rules during their stay.

Please remember:
- Each unit is permitted 2 parking spaces ONLY (garage and in front of garage).
- Park only in your unit's designated garage and driveway. Do not park on streets, landscaped areas, or the East dirt lot (private property).
- Visitor parking lot in front of the condos is for visitors only, not residents.
- Keep dogs leashed at all times and pick up pet waste immediately. There are doggie waste stations in multiple locations around the property.
- Dispose of all trash properly and do not leave personal items, coolers, toys, or equipment in common areas.
- Respect all posted signs and community rules throughout the property.

Failure to follow these rules may result in fines or other enforcement actions in accordance with the community's governing documents.

DoneRight Management Vacation Rentals:

Your worry-free, DoneRight Management vacation rental is equipped with linens, towels, toiletry items, and kitchen essentials. To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. We also provide propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay, where required. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.

Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities, and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.

Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello! Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm, and Saturdays from 10 am to 4:30 pm.
