I found this listing while searching for a property that could accommodate a group gathering for my birthday weekend. The property exceeded my expectations, and honestly the photos didn’t do it justice! The hosts were reasonable, communicative, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The pool and back patio area is a great place to hang, they provide an app to control the temp in the pool. The hosts also gave us a 24-hour hotline in case we needed anything during our stay which was awesome. I will say the kitchen is a bit under-equipped if you are planning to do any real cooking or dinner, but this was not a major issue and definitely didn’t take away from the experience at all. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious, well-maintained place for a group getaway. A, 5 stars, thanks Lynn and JD!

The perfect spot to celebrate — best birthday weekend ever! This townhouse completely exceeded our expectations and made for the most memorable birthday celebration. From the moment we arrived, everything was just right — the location in East Austin put us steps away from all the best spots, and having that private pool for the party was absolutely perfect. The space itself is beautifully designed — stylish, clean, and stocked with everything you could need. It felt like staying somewhere that was actually cared for, not just a rental. The host was incredibly responsive and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, even sharing some great local recommendations for a birthday dinner. If you’re looking for the ideal place to host a celebration, look no further. Our group had the best time and it couldn’t have been a better setting for a birthday party. Already thinking about booking again for next year!
