Whether you're winding down after a day exploring North Idaho or enjoying a slow morning, this studio is designed to help you relax and recharge.



The kitchenette makes it easy to enjoy your morning routine or a simple meal without leaving your room. You'll find a coffee maker stocked with complimentary coffee, tea, and creamer, along with a mini refrigerator, microwave, countertop ice maker, and cabinet storage. Pick up something delicious from the nearby food truck plaza, store your favorite snacks, or settle in with a fresh cup of coffee before heading out for the day.



A dining table with seating for two also serves as a convenient workspace, making the studio a great option for remote workers, business travelers, or guests planning a longer visit. The Coeur d'Alene Resort and downtown lakefront are approximately five minutes away by car. Kootenai Health is about seven minutes away, making the studio a convenient choice for visiting medical professionals and guests traveling for appointments. Families and adventure seekers will also appreciate being within driving distance of Triple Play Family Fun Park, Silverwood Theme Park, and Silver Mountain Resort.



A Few Things to Know



While laundry facilities are not available directly on-site, a convenient laundromat is located just one block away. Dogs are welcome and must be included on your reservation; however, cats are not permitted. Smoking is prohibited inside the building and directly outside apartment doors, but a designated smoking area is available along the edge of the property.



Our on-site parking lot is limited in size, though ample free street parking is available directly in front of and alongside the building. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
