### IMPORTANT NOTICE – ELEVATOR TEMPORARILY OUT OF SERVICE
The building’s elevator will be out of service beginning **October 13th for approximately three weeks** while scheduled elevator modernization work is completed.
**This studio is located on the 2nd floor, and guests will need to use the stairs during this time.**
